• Eve, the Elder who is the current Head of Council, formed a truce with the Hunters of New Orleans. Specifically, she formed a truce with a woman named Sarah Cortana, who was the leader of FENRIR, an elitist group of Hunters that dwell within Louisiana. The truce formed after the Massacre of December 26th, 1999 and has been going strong for 15 years. As to opinions on this truce, well, it varies from Kindred to Kindred. 

• To gain territory/domain and other benefits, you need City Status. The higher, the better. For Kindred who do not posses any domain, there are safe houses throughout the city where Kindred can stay. They are basically hostels for vampires. 

• City Status is earned through various means, whether its doing a great deed for the city or an Elder, or keeping the masquerade from being broken. Use your imagination. But also keep in mind, that status can be stripped from you just as quickly as you've gained it. Status is also how you earn things such as territory/domain, the ability to open up businesses and other establishments, access to good hunting grounds, and city positions.

• Feeding has become more difficult since Hurricane Abel hit due to the extremely low mortal population. Many people died and many people fled the city. 

• Currently in the city of New Orleans, there is no Harpy. The last Harpy was a Kindred by the name of Roman. Roman was known for being loyal to the court and for being an excellent Harpy. However, during the last gathering, Roman openly accused the Prince of being a diablarist. Due to the severity of these accusations, Roman was detained by the Sheriff. Rumor states that Roman was released and then fled the city. He has not been seen or heard from since his supposed release, nor did he leave any fury in his stead.
